Travel, Lodging, and Meals
Strategic Data Project unfortunately cannot cover costs of ground transportation to and from the airport or other transit lines and the event hotel. Strategic Data Project will cover meal costs as outlined in the agenda, which includes the following:
October 27: No meals provided
October 28: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Fellows & Supervisors)
October 29: Breakfast, Lunch (Fellows & Supervisors), Casual dinner/appetizers (Fellows)
October 30: Breakfast, Lunch (Fellows)
October 31: Breakfast, Lunch (Fellows)

Transportation
For those commuting from the Boston airport, the commuter train and busses are located inside the airport for commutes to Cambridge and Harvard Square.

The Harvard Square Hotel is located directly across the Harvard Square T Station. The Sheraton Commander is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Harvard Square T Station.
Driving/Parking
For those that are driving into the event, the request was submitted to the hotel to place parking on the master bill. Should you be charged, please retain the receipt for reimbursement.
Harvard Square Hotel and the Sheraton Commander have valet parking.
